ARISTAS COLLECTION

Galvanised by the power of light the Aristas Collection is based on smooth surfaces that bestow an elegant formal purity to the designs. With the numerous broken lines on the rippled surface of the pieces, which resemble the beams of light the collection is an artistic adaptation of the energy of light. The dramatic composition of the spherical elements posing at the centre of a number of the Aristas pieces with the dramatic busts of light - pay homage to the dramatisation of light pioneered by the Baroque artists, especially Gian Lorenzo Bernini. Similarly to the 17th-century style the Aristas collection creates theatrical composition using deep colours, grandeur and notion of surprise in order to achieve a sense of awe in the viewer.

Bespoke Design

The distinguished Mineral Cabinet has a silver & nickel plated brass front enriched with high gloss finish, which rotates outwards to reveal a luxurious dark walnut, lining shelves and cupboard doors - designed to hold drinks and precious objects. The cabinet features mineral inspired motives adorning all façades of the cabinet, the effect achieved by meticulous precision of engineering and forging the segments. The Mineral Cabinet is cradled by a stand crafted using the same materials and elongating the shape of the piece.

The Mineral Collection is handmade using the finest precious metals and the age-old techniques used by jewellery makers. Emblematic for its high gloss finish and remarkable jagged motives the collection was inspired by the physical properties of minerals. Pieces from this collection have a satisfying solidity, sculptural feel and a flawless clarity and brilliance when positioned near a natural source of light, similarly to the properties of minerals typically found in nature. The collection’s exquisitely ridged shapes are carefully cold-bend and soldered by our skilled craftsmen, making each piece from this collection absolutely unique.

CRYSTAL MIRROR, 2016

The monumental Crystal Mirror features highly angular segments reminiscent of precious gemstone which are purposefully laid out into a geometric pattern. The segments, framing the mirror are crafted using polishing and etching techniques and exhibit dramatic alternation of high gloss finish and two textures. The composition is painstakingly assembled by hand and feature nickel and bronze plated brass. Venetian bronze finish offers a strong juxtaposition to the shimmering matt nickel, creating a powerful aesthetic, with the whole of Crystal Mirror being applied with embossed and carved figuring.

The Brushed Bronze Crystal Console Table is a magnificent artistic piece complex in its design and execution. Hand-assembled from numerous bronze segments, the design is an artistic interpretation of crystal-forming processes, which inspired the creation of this piece. The multifaceted facade of this piece challenges the perception of a usual console table, with the top surfaces embossed with phenomenal textures and with the use of vibrantly coloured body in the luxurious Satin bronze, adding to the overall sensual experience.

The Satin Bronze Mineral Daybed is handcrafted using traditional silversmithing methods. The hand-embossed daybed, which comfortably seats two is designed with a bold angular geometric motif and a textured ivory wool upholstery. The satin bronze finish, masterly applied to the surface of the daybed’s frame adds sumptuousness to the design.

The exquisite Large Cilindros Low Table has been hand-crafted using 24 karat rose gold-plated brass and an Afghanistan stone table-top. The marble’s glistening pink veining compliments the high sheen rose gold cylinders. Each one of these column-shaped components different in shape and size has been hand-shaped into a perfect geometrical form and assembled with great level of precision. Hand-polished to high gloss and hand-embossed, these jewel-like pieces wedged together create a masterpiece.

CILINDROS COLLECTION

The Cilindros Collection firmly consolidates in the geometric design and poses as an avant-garde form. Based on curved forms inspired by the female body, the sensual and delicate forms of the collection offer a very gentle and feminine aesthetic. Inspired by the geometric forms of Art Deco, and the bright colours and rare and exquisite materials prevalent in the Vienna Secession movement, the Cilindros Collection is a luxuriously sculptural design. Quoting Art Deco with the cylindrical motives seen throughout the collection, the Cilindros pieces are transformed by the asymmetry that grants them a multiplicity of perspectives, playfully surprising the viewers.
